Function Instruction:

Tighten size: display the dimension data for tighten

Loosen size: display the dimension data for loosen

Adjust key: to adjust and select the dimension for tighten or loosen

Start button: to start the equipment

Emergency stop: to stop the equipment, an emergency stop

Modes icon: display all modes of the equipment

Mode select key: Mode selection

Tighten button: Machine tighten operation

Loosen button: Machine loosen operation

Modes Icon Instruction:

1>Hand mode: your hand must press the button all the time,when you loosen the button the machine will stop.

2>Return automatically mode: your hand must press the button all the time when you want to tighten a hose..."But the machine will loosen automatically when it reaches to the selected tighten dimension.

3>Semi-automatic mode: when you press the tighten button, the machine will finish one cycle and then stop.

4>Automatic mode: when you press the tighten button, the machine will start working ( whole working cycle from tighten to loosen) until you press loosen button or emergency stop button.

5>Trigger switch mode: when the hose touch and start the trigger switch, the machine will work one cycle. Note: this is extension mode, it will work when you choose to install a trigger switch.

6>Time delay mode:under this mode,it will show you the time that you want to delay.You can set the time by adjust key. The icon will light continuously when you setting the delay time. The icon will not light if you have not set.

7>Quick change tool mode: under this mode, the machine will tighten and loosen to the setup position, then you can change the dies by quick change tool fast and safely. Note: quick change tool is optional tool.
