Designed to crimp Hydraulic Hoses in the horizontally position this unit comes standard with 10 sets of dies. These standard dies will give you the range to crimp from 6mm up to 54 mm, which covers from 1/4" Inside Diameter (ID) hose up to 2" ID 4 wire Hose.

Usuage instruction of HYT-12V crimping machine
1.Motor start:Pay attention to the direction of rotation of the motor and pump rotation direction or arrow direction.
2.Before the operation:Check the hydraulic oil tank .
3.Normal operation:For the first 30 minutes please do the running after normally begin to use the machine
4.Hydraulic oil:No any regulation for oil spill valve,the highest pressure must not exceed the rated pressure .Pressure
hazard!Danger of injury.
5.System failure:If system failure happen,do not blindly process.Please in accordance with the operation manual or sequence analysis to deal with the problems or find professional repair engineer to solve problems.
